| I cant quite afford wideband gauges at the moment but have a track day coming up in just over a week and want to be able to monitor the a/f. Can I use something like this to monitor a/f. laZlink
From what I understand it taps into the factory O2 sensors and and gets its readings from there.
Excuse my ignorance, but I know there is a reason why we don't use the oem ones to tune, having to do something to do with open/closed loop stuff...
I dont quite understand the tuning and monitoring of the a/f as i have just completed building my Z a few months ago and have yet to learn to tune it. - thats a whole other post though. Basically would this gauge be sufficient enough to keep me from roasting my motor. FYI - I intend to run 18lbs unless otherwise advised. Yes, I have ashspec, yes my idle is garbage, yes i am replacing both eprom and intake before proper tuning, until then....
